From Cold Outreach to Close Partnership: How MQJM Earned the Trust of an International Snowmobile Parts Brand

In May 2024, MQJM—an expert in CNC machining and precision aluminum parts—discovered a snowmobile parts brand with a striking similarity to its own specialization. The brand’s website showcased nearly all products made through aluminum CNC machining followed by anodizing, a signature process of MQJM.

MQJM immediately reached out via email, introducing its precision CNC machining capabilities, surface finishing expertise, and commitment to consistent quality. Though the initial contact went unanswered, MQJM stayed persistent, continually sharing case studies, production strengths, and anodizing solutions. In February 2025, the breakthrough came: a response from the client.

The customer invited 64 CNC suppliers to provide quotes. From these, 24 suppliers would be chosen to submit precision aluminum CNC samples, which the client would inspect in person during a visit to Shenzhen on April 12.

Following the sample inspection, 12 CNC machining suppliers with the most outstanding quality would be invited for factory audits. A key focus? The anodizing process. The client emphasized the importance of long-term color consistency, UV resistance, and anodized finishes that could withstand the test of time.

From those 12, the client would narrow the list down to 6 aluminum CNC machining factories with reliable anodizing capabilities. These companies were asked to submit 14 anodized color samples, which would serve as official production color references. Finally, the client would select the top 3 long-term CNC machining partners.

After nearly a year of development, technical discussions, and in-depth factory inspections, MQJM stood out as one of the final three selected suppliers—a testament to both our CNC machining excellence and anodizing quality.
